4" roof overhang
Our sheds come with a 4" overhang around the roofline to help keep the shed dry in bad weather.
Solid block footing
We level your shed on solid cement blocks, ensuring years of service without rot or insect damage
Treated side walls
We use LP Smartside for our shed walls, an exterior grade panel treated so it will not absorb water.
Locking handle
All our doors are secured with a locking tee handle and a set of keys, giving you peace of mind.
Gable vents
We include gable air vents on all of our sheds. Other shed companies charge extra!
Zero maintenance trim
A shed's trim is usually the first thing to deteriorate. We use PVC boards that never need paint and never rot.
